The rollover principle

The driver parks in the bay and the vehicle stays still. The machine travels over it and runs its program across the body. A PLC controls each of the three machines.

The three rollovers differ in how they clean. Ephesus and CIRRUS 5N wash with brushes and the Brush Swing system, supported by high-pressure side, wheel and chassis washers. The ACROBAT 2X washes with high-pressure water and chemical foam from two arms that move on six axes.

Ephesus, CIRRUS 5N and ACROBAT 2X

Ephesus uses two vertical brushes for the sides and a horizontal brush for the front, roof and back. Its envelope covers passenger cars, vans, jeeps and minibuses up to 3.00 m high, and Europe Makine calls it one of its most sought-after models.

CIRRUS 5N adds a second pair of uprights: four independently moving upright brushes plus the horizontal brush. The Brush Swing system lets it wash a wide range of vehicles. It comes in four variants, 250, DR250, 300 and DR300, and the 250 and 300 versions differ in washing height.

The ACROBAT 2X is the touchless machine. Two arms on a supporting bridge read the vehicle profile and wash it with water from a 100 or 200 bar pump, for vehicles up to 2.20 m high and 2.20 m wide. It can wash and dry.
